It is not recommended to defrost in the microwave since it can be the case that oils and fats from some foods take very high temperatures (more than 120°C) so the meal and Roll’eat product can be damaged.
No. Each Roll’eat product is closed either with a few folds or with closure strips. These types of closures do not guarantee liquid tightness.
The use of Roll’eat products in the microwave is not recommended as some foods may contain fats and oils that may exceed the resistance temperature of the materials and may therefore damage them.
Eat’n’Out is not intended to be used directly in the microwave because it has metal elements that can damage the product.

Yes, but use washing machine programs intended for delicate and synthetic garments with water at temperatures below 60 °, 50 ° C and with low spin speed. Our recommendation is to wash it at 30 ° C, because the more careful the way of washing Roll’eat products, the longer its life cycle.
Not recommended since high temperatures can be reached which could damage the Products structure. In any case drying programs with very low temperatures can be used and we need to make sure that the walls of the drum do not transmit a much higher temperature.

Roll’eat products are not 100% hermetic products so that heat is not kept in the end. Although it can be guaranteed that the food will maintain the heat over a period of time thanks to its properties.
In Boc’n’Roll you can place up to half a baguette (25 cm) or 4 sandwiches of 10×10 cm. Boc’n’Roll Kids can fit maximum baguette size of 18 cm and up to 2 sandwiches.
Both in Snack’n’Go and Snack’n’Go Kids you can put 1 sandwich 10×10 cm or 250 grams of nuts (unless those are walnuts).
Snack’n’Go Tube can take an apple or two pieces of fruit that are smaller or between 300-350 grams or nuts (except walnuts).
Snack’n’Go Pocket can fit two elements at the same time: 1 side fits a sandwich 10×10 cm and on the other side can be a juice bottle or small 33cl bottle or 250 grams of nuts.
In PREMIUM Eat’n’Out you can put a 1 liter tupperware (18 x 12 x 6 cm) and a 0.75 liter (13 x 11 x 6 cm) tupperware and a half-liter drink (6 x 6 x 20 cm). The Eat’n’Out NEO has the same capabilities as the PREMIUM although the neoprene, being elastic, can carry a little more capacity.
Most of Roll’eat products are made of 2 main layers: a polyester fabric on the outside and a TPU layer on the inside. The inner layer is Polyurethane Thermoplastic (TPU), a material suitable for contact with food that provides more strength and flexibility than other plastics (such as polyethylene or polypropylene that are also suitable for food use).
Other products like the Snack’n’Go Tube and Pocket are made with polyester on the outside and another polyester in the interior for food use.
Eat’n’Out PREMIUM also has different layers of polyester and a thermal layer inside that allows to keep the heat or the cold of the food.
Our fabrics come from factories that certify the Oeko-Tex standard.
Our products are manufactured by sewing different layers of fabrics and laminated materials.
Most of the materials used in Roll’eat products are fabrics, so they can not be categorized as plastic, glass or cardboard products and be thrown in those specific garbage containers. In addition, throwing them to the waste container would be of no use. It is recommended to throw them in a container of clothing or textiles. The textiles in these containers are classified according to their state and typology and end up being crushed and offered as material for coating, for filling or for other functions.
Sure. Both outer layer and the layer in contact with food are resistant materials, and the products are made in a way that also ensures their reuse.
We have the Food Grade Certificate, which guarantees that it does not endanger the health. For this purpose, several tests have been carried out in accordance with European Union Regulation No. 10/2011. Following this regulation, tests were also made to ensure that the product is free of BPA, free of heavy metals and free of fthalates. These tests have been done at a temperature of 70 ° C since some food placed in Roll’eat products can reach that temperature. Moreover, Roll’eat products are free of 169 substances from the List of Very High Concern Candidate Substances (SVHC) according to European Union Regulation number 1907/2006 (REACH).
In the same way, a test has been made at high temperatures, at 120 ° C, to guarantee the food suitability in higher temperatures.
